New Backup Systems with Daily Backups

Today we are proud to announce that we have partnered with R1Soft to provide a new backup solution for our shared hosting and reseller servers, at no extra cost. The new backup solution allows us to take daily backups and store recovery points for the previous 30 days. This means you will always have access to 30 copies of your website, emails and databases incase anything was to go wrong.

Customers also have access to restore their backups from within cPanel. To access your backups, customers can follow these steps:

1. ​Login to cPanel
2. Search for** R1Soft Restore Backups** or look for it in the files section
3. Click the link and login with your cPanel username and password.
4. You will see all the current recovery points for your cPanel account
